Harsh Environment Piping Insulation Applications
479 Series
TechLite® 479 Series pipe insulation is a chemical resistant insulation system developed for both harsh environments and ambient temperature conditions. This unique system uses a specially engineered flexible Tedlar® covered /Hypalon® fabric composite exterior jacket that is permanently laminated to the TechLite® insulation.
Unlike typical insulation jackets, the 479 System is impervious to most chemicals, absorbs impacts, and remains chemical resistant even under the most difficult conditions. High ambient temperature conditions are no problem for the 479 insulation system.
This product is engineered to replace stainless steel jacketing for corrosive environments. TechLite® 479 Series is simply the best high performance insulation system for chemical manufacturing and production facilities.
