VALVE CASE HISTORY: OUR CONTROL VALVE KEEPS CUSTOMER IN HOT WATER

A manufacturer of equipment for commercial laundries was developing a system to deliver instant hot water to washers using steam already onsite.  The problem was finding a control valve to precisely heat city water within the limited confines of the panel board.

After reviewing the application parameters, (desired temperature, volume and temperature range) we recommended a compact, self-operating temperature regulating valve with the flexibility to compensate for the various ambient temperatures found at different laundry sites.  And there is no electrician required to do the installation because no external power source is used.

The latest word is that the manufacturer was extremely pleased with the performance of our control valve.  The unit produces hot water at a constant 140 deg. F with a minimum amount of modulation.  Our customer has introduced a system that econonomically and reliably keeps everybody in hot water.
